About Pearland Regional Airport

Carrying the Clover Field Legacy Forward

About us

The Clover Field

Long before Pearland became one of the fastest-growing cities in Texas, this airfield served local pilots, businesses, and the surrounding Gulf Coast region as Clover Field.

Houston grew into one of America’s largest cities. The Texas Medical Center became the largest medical complex in the world. The Port of Houston expanded into a global economic engine. NASA established a permanent presence on the Gulf Coast. Pearland evolved from a rural farming community into a thriving city.

Aircraft arrived and departed. Pilots gathered. Businesses operated. Relationships were built. The airport continued to serve the people who relied on it.

Today, Pearland Regional Airport represents the next chapter of that story. New investment, new opportunities, and a long-term vision for growth are helping shape the future of the airport, while the spirit of Clover Field continues to guide how we operate.

Our Philosophy

Aviation Is Personal

There are larger airports, longer runways, and flashier facilities throughout the Houston region. We’re not trying to be those.

We’re focused on being the airport pilots, aircraft owners, and businesses genuinely enjoy using. Fuel, hangars, and runways are important. But what people remember is how they were treated.

The courtesy vehicle waiting when they arrive. The conference room already prepared. The line crew that remembers their aircraft. The simple feeling that someone cares about their experience.
